All fees must be paid as per the invoice or agreement. Third-party advertising costs (such as Google or Meta Ads) must be prepaid unless arranged otherwise. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law..

Intellectual Property

All creative materials developed by SN Advertising remain our property until full payment is received. Client-provided materials remain the client’s property.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate services for non-payment, misuse, or violation of these Terms. All outstanding fees remain due upon termination
